Video Film Shooter's Pictures Do Not Back Up Her Claim

New video shown on CNN does not show what the person taking the video taker claims. She claims the dead man was running away before he turned to confront the officer. AT NO POINT IN THE VIDEO DOES IT SHOW THE THIEF 'RUNNING' AWAY. 7 of more days BEFORE the video was released. Reason she says she didn't release it sooner is not valid. Plenty of time to "EDIT" the video. Hmmmm.

Ferguson, MO. or Anywhere Else - Shoot the Looters or at Least "Taze" and Arrest and Jail Them

High poverty rate is claimed as one of the many reasons for the violence in Ferguson. Problem is that FEW if any of those looting, vandalizidng and intimidating are HIREABLE. If Ferguson wasn't mostly a ghetto before the violent man was shot and killed, it will be a ghetto shortly. ( He was no longer a 'kid' after he was 10 years old!) What business in it's right mind would locate in Ferguson, Mo.? Maybe the countries #1 radical Communist, Marxist and nutcase, Al Sharpton, will move there and later be joined by Jesse Jackson, Jr. if and when he gets out of prison. Maybe the NEW BLACK PANTHERS members will move there. Maybe Obama and maybe even Holder will vacation there instead of Nevada and Hawaii or whatever place they go at the exxpense of the working class taxpayers. All who have common sense and can afford to should be planning to move elsewhere. Most civilized countries do not put up with what is going on in this St. Louis suberb. Many of the looters are on photo tape and can be identified. 15 years minimum is what they should get if convicted. Or if not shot dead. I support peaceful protests andrelize that many of the 'goons' are not from Ferguson. I support the real people who are being victimizedd; black and white, Hispanic or Asian. I also realize that too many Security Officers (I've seeen more than enough films of "Swat Teams" in ACTION) are little better than thugs themselves but all indications so far was that the officer who did the shooting had little choice but to shoot. That the thief, bully and thug was killed is what is called the "luck of the draw" or in this case "the luck of the officers aim". Cause and look for trouble and suffer the consequences.. My question if why weren't officers working in pairs? And why not armed a TAZER? It i obvious we are turning into a country of wimps and if you are black, way too many pacifist people believe being black means 'special consideration' without common sense.

Martin Luther King, Jr. Dream? Hardly.

That black people lack proper leadership is most notable again in Ferguson, Missouri. That a young life was lost is always regretable. Did this adult black male create a robbery and bully the small buisiness owner or manager? The security camera APPEARS to verify his tragic actions. Was the report of the robbery the cause of police officers quick arrival on the scene? That APPEARS to be the case. Did the dead youth resist questioning? That APPEARS to be the case. Did the dead youth start the violence by shoving the policeman back in his vehicle? That APPEARS to be the case. Has not a witness come forward to claim the young black started the violence? That APPEARS to be the case. Is that witness under 7/24 police protection. I hope so and I hope that witness phones are tapped to prevent intimidation which is as certain as night is succeeded by daylight. Did the officer shoot the youth in the back as he moved away? That is the claim by some. IF this was the case, the officer should get a minimum of 20 years. Did the officer have a Taser? If not, why not. If so why didn't he use his Taser instead of a gun? Let all these incidents be sorted out by proper authorities. Not by the violence, itimidation and claims of people's rights being denied by those not worthy to lead. How would have Peoria's Carl Cannon handled the situation? What is he saying to his elite core of young mostly black youths? Surely, not what Charlie Rangel, Maxine Waters, Gene Robinson and others on the site are saying. One woman is shouting that the people in this community need jobs. Of course they do. But to even get a job let alone hold a job requires that one has learned enough through education and observation to qualify to be INTERVIEWED AND SUBSEQUENTLY hired and HOLD the job. Companies of any reasonable size will open in an area where demographics prove there will be a stable and qualified work force. The shout "we need jobs" is not enough. Smart Peoria leaders have been shouting to the rooftops that we need qualified workers, not just people who "need a job". Starting back in 1993, I started visitng schools and observed what went on in the classroom. I even ran for the board where there were 6 candidates for one position. The JSEB endorsed candidate won, unfortunately for the ccommunity. She was a good woman but unqualified for the task of managing a system with a $120 million budget, much bigger today. As of now few qualified people want to serve 5 thankless payless years on #150 board of education. Almost all of my visits were dispointing, not only to me but to some of the tachers trying to keep order and teach at the same time while kids slept, played tic-tac-toe, roamed around the classsrooms and only waited until they could get out of the classroom and school building. I read up on the success of vocational schools while #150 Board President Linda Daley was trying to push every student to go to college. NOT EVERY KID SHOULD LEAVE HIGH SCHOOL AND GO TO COLLEGE. MANY OF THEM CAN'T EVEN READ WELL AS PROVEN BY THE KIDS GETTING SCHOLARSHIPS THROUGH PEORIA PROMISE. She and subsequent board chairpeople and superintendents have been wrong. The vacated Woodruff High School was finally designated as a vocational school. I am told by authorities it has some vocational trades such as an abundance of Cosmoetolgy classrooms, some tech and the rest a hodge-podge of anything but vocational. Years ago I had a two hour visit at Pekin's vocational school and came away extremely impressed. I talked to the President of the Board of Directors of Dist. #150 and asked him if he had ever visted Pekin's Voc-Tech school and his answwer was, "no, why should I". It has been and is a major problem with #150 and IS a major problem with most public schools across the nation. I pitched the idea to one of the communities leaders suggesting that the houses on the east side of North street across from Peoria High be bought, demolished and a new Voc-Tech Center be built there. The schools would be connected by an overhead runway over North Street. He said he never thought of that which is typical of much of the leadership advising #150. Suspodedly the dead black youth was going to go to college. Was he enrolled and if so when and where? If not, why not? Why was he going to college? Did he have a goal or was he like so many kids today who see that colleges offers a place to party, buy and sell illegal drugs and meet more liberal minded individuals who would rather protest than get a balanced education. I understand that getting a balanced education is difficult today as many of those teaching are social liberals. So many unanswered questions in Ferguson and across the country but incited mobs usually take over when some real or imagined hurt is inflicted on a mostly ethnic community. Then most reason flies out the window. Too bad but the country needs more adept leadership helping train our kids, white, Hispanic, black, etc. to think, read and learn before striking out in anger. And yes I believe their is a lot of pent up anger in this country because of the lack of real thinking and acting leadership most everywhere. So sad. No spell-check. Sorry.

My Health Concerns, Suggestions, Comments, Etc.

I haven't blogged much lately largely because of problems with my new Lenovo and the software program recommended by Nerds Are Us. When my health improves I plan to call the technicians at Best Buy. Also, I was diagnosed with bladder cancer in June, had surgery in July and start treatments Thursday. I had bladder cancer about 14 years ago and the cancer has been in remission. Fortuantely, all tests show that the cancer has not spread but has penetrated the bladder muscle. My urologist believes it is treatable. In 2002, I had prostrate cancer and accepted the most positive cure which was Radiation Seeding which involves the placing of a lot of platinum seeds in and around the area which did kill kill the cancer and most any OTHER activity in the area. In the mid-eighties, I was diagnosed with heart arrhythmia and neuropathy. In 2004, I had a triple-by-pass. At the age of 19, I lost 2/3 rds hearing in my right ear which started the onset of tinnitus in my ears which is present at all times. In the year 2000, I started wearing a hearing aid which still leaves me hard hearing especially if there is background interference. I still play winning tennis 2-3 times a week here in Peoria and in the winter at Payne Park in Sarasota. I won my last Tri-County in 2010. I still do my stretching and excercises and have regular check-ups with my family doctor, David Rodenburg, the best, my heart doctor, dermatologist and my urologist. I handle my own investments.Jerry Stowell left a high-school teaching position (believe the JS said he was relieved of at least his coaching position) and head basketball coach for a teaching position at a middle school in Sarasota. It was Jerry who sent an email about my arrest in Sarasota to his arrogant brother, Jim, who one time worked for my company; he is a stock broker who I  gave my hard-earned money, who in return sent this misdemeanor charge arrest to everyone he could think of that would print this "breaking news". And of course they did. For my detractors, mainly Obama lovers, who daily hope to hear about my being convicted may have to wait forever. Sorry if I disappoint. Back to my health suggestions. Get regular check-ups. It was Dr. Rodenburg, who strongly advised me to get a cancer check-up that may eventually save my live. My next birthday will be my 90th so I relish everyday I still can be a pain in the ass to my detractors who hate to see my predictions come true. I don't like it either as I have tried to help Peoria succeed without Peorian's being overtaxed, which they are, public school education improved, our lives made safer and our streets, etc., properly maintained. Which they aren't. As about the only prediction I have been wrong on is that I did not believe Bergners would keep two stores in Peoria. I sure wasn't wrong on Obama (despite the growth of the stock market as one Democrat detractor claims) is a sure sign Obama is doing a great job. Hmmm. Hope my doctors help keep me healthy and active well into my ninties. My wife Claire, is working hard to overcome her diseases which makes our lives better in all ways. We both support each other despite numerous obstacles on both our part and a somewhat hateful press. I still have friends in the media who recognize me for what I have done for this community over 50 years. The commpany I formed with three people in 1964 still bears my name despite my selling my company over 22 years ago. They are the leading office interior and design company in Peoria by far. Sorry about any mispellings as my spell-check still doesn't work.

One Less Brazen Bully,Thief and Thug in St. Louis

However, police should ALL be armed with TASERS. No excuse for ill-informed and un-educated blacks to resort to violence, theft and vandalism. So sad.
