Due to the threat of inclement weather, for those of you attending or interested in attending the Project Pack the Place "Classicial Mystery Tour: A Tribute to the Beatles" with the Peoria Symphony Orchestra on Friday, the event will move a few blocks east to the Peoria Civic Center Theater, where it's sure to be dry and 72 degrees. The concert will still go on as planned on Friday, September 24 at 7:00 p.m.
For those who have already purchased tickets, the $40 seats will be in rows D through H of the Theater, with the remainder of the Theater including the First Balcony reserved for $30 tickets. Seating in all sections will be general admission, and the doors will open at 6:00 p.m. Tickets can now be purchased by calling the Peoria Civic Center box office at 673-3200, or at the Theater box office on the evening of the concert. The "Pack the Place" group discount of $20 per ticket for groups of ten or more can still be purchased by calling the Peoria Symphony Orchestra at 671-1096.
"Classical Mystery Tour" features the four Beatles recreators from Broadway's "Beatlemania," backed by the Peoria Symphony Orchestra. It features nearly thirty Beatles tunes ranging from their early works through their solo years.
