"Lack Of Skilled Workers" Joke Heard At Breakfast This Morning

It has recently been noted, that because of too many rules and regulations, young skilled workers are heading overseas where less red tape is involved for many vocational skills. The joke? They are leaving because of fears that the company they work for, will assign them to Illinois. So sad but mostly true.
