Time Magazine - One of the Most Liberal Rags With Questionable Veracity Published Over the Past Decades

I stopped subscribing to or reading  this rag years ago. Another blogger friend called attention to Time magazine making a thug a Cover boy. This blogger noted the many things left out of the story making a thug a saint. The known ultra-liberal columnist intended to vilify security and make a young Dr.Martin Luther King out of this dead punk.

The saddest part of the whole situation is that 90% of those marching and destroying do not let he facts stand in their way.

It has often been noted that less and less people read non-fiction which makes our liberal colleges and their product and a majority liberal and ultra liberal media daily make the U.S.A. a more dangerous place in which to live.

I stop short of comparing these liberal journalists, many publishers and editorial boards who dominate with the 1930 Nazi's propaganda but I fear we are heading in the wrong direction and at a more rapid pace than many common sense people believe.Here in Tampa, I look forward to reading the Tampa Tribune. a paper similar to the Peoria Journal Star back in the days of Charles Dancey  of Pekin, Il., a great publisher and editor now 98 years old who 80% of the readers of the current leading Peoria newspaper do not remember who he is and was.

"I Can't Breath" Repeated 13 Times?

Pretty hard to talk when one is unable to breath. Why didn't he say "I give up" once or twice and he would still be alive to sell cigarettes illegally.

As far as looters; they should be shot with bird shot by law enforcement officers.Can't do that. The officers would be sued by the radicals among us who are turning this once great country into a country of poorly educated wimps.

While I get arrested (not convicted) for being in the right place at the wrong time by a good-looking woman police officer posing as a prostitute; a woman I never TOUCHED or OFFERED any money for a sexual service I haven't been able to enjoy for over 13 years.

This great country is slowly going to pot barely noticed by the affluent and those who would pretend to lead us.

So sad.

Michael Brown - Gentle Giant or an Alleged Murderer?

Efforts are being made to get Michael Brown's juvenile arrest record available to the public. We already know by the oft repeated thuggery on TV at a store shortly before he allegedly attacked a law enforcement officer.

The facts don't count. Brown was black and he was killed by a white. End of story according to radicals promoting hate white authority.

Cutler and Bears Are Another Disgrace For Chicago and Hapless Bear Fans

Did you see the game tonight or do you even care? If you saw the game I won't elaborate. If you are a Bear fan and didn't see or go to the game, you were saved from witnessing an absolute disgrace by highly paid players, especially Cutler who has an $124 MILLION CONTRACT. Some firing should take place soon.

What a waste of my time tonight and I don't even drink so I couldn't even have that consolation.

"A Nation of Wimps"

As predicted by many leading intellects such as black Columnist Thomas Sowell, the liberal press, radical "African-Americans", common thugs, status seeking black, white and Hispanic so-called leaders and our extremely liberal members of higher education, are all prominent in the progressive rise of radical "wimp to violent" type roads to disaster.. Voices of reason such as Sowell, Cheney, Larry Summers and thousands of others of all ethnic groups voices are being drowned out by the screech and shrill of liberal medias of all types, led even at rare times by highly Conservative FOX TV but continually by extremely liberal CNN.

You would not have seen what Columnist Thomas Sowell wrote in the Conservative Tampa Tribune under the heading, "In Ferguson, Missouri, Opinions Collide With the Facts". Thursday, Dec. 4.

Caterpillar Near Bottom - Soon time to Buy?

Down around $25 from it's 52 week highs, our local headquartered leading company in it's various fields may be near the bottom investors have been seeking. With our infrastructure crumbling something has to give and Cat may stand near the head of the line awaiting to capitalize on this sorry situation. China will recover as will other parts of the world where Cat has a strong global presence, Expect Cat's long road back to be soon and bumpy as competitors have not been idle. There is still a 50% chance Cat will not build a new corporate headquarters in Peoria or anywhere else in Illinois until the new governor is 3-6 months into his new term. The overall situation in Illinois has NOT improved and the way back will be contentious if not next to impossible.

One major step forward in "Saving Illinois" will be enactment of Right-to-Work laws. The belligerent union bosses and most Democrats will make it very difficult for Illinois to become a RTW state even IF The Republicans win the Presidency in 2016. Another major step forward must be the privatization of many public companies that will be probably violently protested again by said self serving bodies and politicians.

I'll close this serious speculation by saying, "Remember the Titanic" and all those powers that thought they were right but were disastrously WRONG.

"Most Widely Used and Most Irratating Message in Use in America Today"

"Please stay on the line. Your call is very important to us" I suspect that almost every patient spends at least 2 hours whenever they call their Doctor or in my case today, a perhaps highly overrated Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, Florida. There is no way you can talk to your doctor without going through a series of  "If this an emergency, Please stay on the ....Your call is very..... and on and on repeats with seldom an opportunity to talk to a human voice. Often different phone numbers are given to you read by somewhat saying these numbers so fast you cannot record them so you need to repeat the whole process again.

When I may be through at Moffitt, I plan to write a complete detail of my experiences which at this point are not awesome. For example, I was to have a procedure this coming Monday and Moffitt Scheduling was to call me the hour time. Yesterday, I received a call cancelling my Monday appointment "because they are just so busy at this time of the year and on and on....." I then asked when my appointment would be she said "I will need to get my appointment book and call you back". What, you don't have your appointment book with you when you call me to cancel me?? It is now 24 hours and no one has called me back so I am down here in a city I don't care for, Tampa, and I can't get through to my doctor because his nurse hasn't called me back. Dr. Poch said he would answer any questions I had but I can't talk to him because he is "working with other patients".

Dr, Poch here at Moffitt says I don't have cancer but I still need 6 weeks of treatments that only have a 20% success rate, but two months ago my doctor in Peoria said biopsy showed I still had cancer and I needed 6 more weeks of treatments that only had a 23% success rate.

With the exception of a number of doctors like Dr. David Rodenberg of Peoria, I feel that the recording "Your call is very important to us......." is IMPORTANT because for many of the younger doctors it appears mainly to be the money and the prestige of  being called a 'doctor' of whom most of the younger and some older nurses, are in AWE..

I might as well say more, had I followed the Doctors advise at Anderson Hospital when I had my Tia, I would have most likely bleed to death internally, when I got to Moffitt Clinic, they had me wait almost 2 hours only to find out he was the wrong doctor; then had to wait 3 1/2 hours to see the right doctor. It appears most everyone at Moffitt in the waiting room has been waiting for hours.

Oh, well, blame it on Obama plus everybody dies sooner or later (and that may be my case because of my age), some sooner that they should.

To the Financially Strapped City of Peoria, a Question?

There are many questions, of course, to ask the Mayor and City Council as they wildly spend YOUR money. But here is a big one. Does Petersen sign personally on borrowing of taxpayer dollars to further his own financial interests or in this case a very possible failure of this sports complex of which to my knowledge he has NO EXPERIENCE?????

Not one major PROJECT MET IT'S projection USING TAXPAYER DOLLARS in the last 15 years. Prove me wrong and if you sign your name and present FACTS I'll print your comments.
