Commissions were formed, millions were spent to find these Obama Administration killings to be avoidable. So sad. Millions of us thinking people knew that within the first few hours. Now that the killings were found by commissions to have been avoidable, what will our fearless leader do?
Guess what? He will sit on his thumb as ususal.
