PEORIA, IL - Deborah Coughlon, Relocation Director for Jim Maloof/Realtor was a speaker at the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® Fall Workshop in Chicago, August 28, 2013. The workshop attracted brokers, managers and relocation directors from top real estate firms around the country.  Participants were members of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®, a global network of more than 500 market-leading real estate firms, which represents more home sales than any other real estate network.



The workshop offered a variety of informative sessions addressing topics relating to today's real estate market and included a variety of open forum discussions and brainstorming sessions that focused on ways to best serve home buyers and sellers.



Deb Coughlon presented information during a MVP BusinessDevelopment Session, sharing insights relating to Corporate Client Development and retention of relocation business.

 

Coughlon was among an accomplished line-up of presenters that included keynote speaker Dennis Moseley-Williams, an internationally-known business consultant who shared secrets of building a trust-based brand.

Deb Coughlon became the Relocation Director in the Welcome Center at Jim Maloof/Realtor in February 2012.  She is the first point of contact for Relocation Management Companies and transferees.  A significant part of her job is coordinating a smooth transition for families relocating to or from Central Illinois.  She and the relocation team at Jim Maloof/Realtor offer services that include finding a home, home marketing, international relocation services and property management.  She started her career in Real Estate in 2004 and has 20-plus years of sales and management experience.
