Seantor Jim DeMint Will be The Heritage Foundation's New President
No better choice could be made to head this most patriotic organization than Senator Jim DeMint, Republican from South Carolina. Senator DeMint, I applaud your decision to head up this highly respected organization and congratulate The Heritage Foundation for making this, important to the nation, appointment.

I think he would have been able to do more as a member of Congress. I'm thinking he was forced out somehow.
