When Mark Johnson was hired as the person to oversee Peoria County's stake in the PRM project, Board Member Jimmy Dillon said, "We have to have somebody there during construction process to make sure tax dollars are being appropriately spent", "Johnson already has all the knowledge of the museum project and it's a perfect opportunity."
The JS reported that Johnson is likely to chair the building committee while the facility is being constructed.
Now Peoria County Board member, Andrew Rand, manager of the local ATM medical services appears, to be overseeing the building construction committee.
Interesting. Or could it be that Johnson twice publicly called the project a "mess"?
Johnson announced his resignation effective September 1, 2010.
