Comcast service technicians, especially in the past 2-3 years, have been very responsive and very dedicated to their work.

Vonster: I have had Comcast servicers who really knew their stuff. I've also had servicers who literally could not find my house. The staff at Comcast offices on Dries Lane are the BEST. The people who answer the phones to provide tech support are, by and large, idiots and liars.

I am not surprised that Merle received top notch service from the person who visited his home.

Not to be overlooked is the help I received from my long time friend, Tim, and the help with my blogging problems from Billy. I'm not very computer savvy and need all the help I can get.
