Usually, after a fine by the State of Illinois, a lawsuit in six figures is filed. It has perhaps already been done. But you won't learn about the lawsuit from any local media. Thank Democrat Phil Salzer as the cheerleader for this $7 million dollar a year loser, Former Administrator Patrick Urich as an aggressive follower and salesman and enough Democrats and Republicans to pass the worst major debacle by County officials in recent history.
Democrats were concerned about the 168 Union jobs and Administrator Urich understands that there is no glory in 'remodeling' the now demolished Bel-Wood.
