Following his logic, beat the beans out of those protesters destroying property, private or public, and let them sue. I have a feeling that the Judges Trump appoints or has influence over those wwho appoint, will be of a much tougher breed then some of the pansies in charge today.
Same is true of his appointees to the Supreme Court, hardly a top priority in the first 100 days.
