All the months of bad publicity probably cost Brazil a half billion in attendees. Maybe the bad-mouthing medias will kick in to cover the deficit.

The JSEB commented, "If the U.S.A. is such a bad place as certain politicians (Republicans) claim, why did we have such so many different ethnic group of medal winners and so many qualified competitors? Pretty simple answer. The countries the parents of participants migrated from are mostly far worse to live in than the U.S.A.
