Forwarded as written to me. I firmly agree.

As the dust settles from yesterday's stunning Supreme Court ObamaCare decision, it is now becoming clear that Barack Obama is personally responsible for the LARGEST AND MOST OPPRESSIVE TAX INCREASE IN AMERICAN HISTORY.
The ONLY WAY five turncoat Justices could uphold ObamaCare was to call it a TAX. On any other grounds even these liberal justices couldn't justify the oppressive individual mandate.
+ + What Obama Did To Your Family...
But now Obama is responsible for imposing this massive tax increase at a time when Americans are already struggling to make ends meet in the Obama Recession.
Let's be clear -- Barack Obama is to blame. This is HIS signature legislative "achievement." This was HIS plan. He pushed it through Congress. His attorneys argued that ObamaCare was constitutional before the Supreme Court. OBAMA IS TO BLAME FOR THIS MASSIVE AND OPPREESSIVE OBAMACARE TAX... 100%!
AND THE ONLY WAY TO UN-DO THE OBAMACARE TAX IS TO DEFEAT OBAMA IN NOVEMBER!
THAT IS ALL THAT IS LEFT TO DO!
WE MUST DEFEAT OBAMA IN NOVEMBER!
?As I shared with you yesterday, I felt a bit sick after the ruling came down. But today, I'm just mad and ready to fight! Because I know we must defeat the Marxist In Chief in November or face losing our country.
+ + Is it worth $1/week to defeat Obama?
We have just 19 weeks to Election Day. And that means we have 19 weeks to fight... to battle.... to strategically challenge the Obama lies with grassroots efforts in key battleground states.
We set up the Patriot Super PAC -- Grassfire Nation's official Super PAC -- to give our team members and other patriotic citizens a direct way to challenge the Obama regime in November. Now with the Supreme Court's ruling, THIS IS OUR ONLY PATH. WE MUST DEFEAT OBAMA!
With that in mind, yesterday I set out a challenge to our team members -- contribute just $19 today (just $1 per week) to help Patriot Super PAC defeat Obama.
Many Grassfire team members responded. But we still urgently need the help of every team member...
Would you consider making a contribution of just $19 today -- the equivalent of $1 per week for the next 19 weeks -- to help defeat Obama?
If Grassfire team members would contribute the equivalent of just $1 per week for the next 19 weeks to Patriot Super PAC we believe we can strike a major blow to Obama's campaign.
Just the equivalent of $1 per week... that's all it takes to get our efforts moving forward NOW at full speed. But we simply cannot move forward without your help!
This is a simple request....
Please consider making a gift of just $19 -- the equivalent of $1 per week for the 19 weeks remaining until Election Day -- to help Patriot Super PAC. Go here:
www.patriotsuperpac.net/3951/offer.asp
Patriot Super PAC is already fighting the battle to defeat Obama through cutting edge TV and radio campaigns as well as grassroots efforts in key battleground states. Plans are under way for major "ground game" efforts in both Ohio and North Carolina as we team with local Tea Party groups.
But we urgently need your help right now to keep these plans moving forward!
Perhaps you can do more and can contribute $38 (the equivalent of just $2/week), or $95 ($5/week), or $190 ($10/week).
This is absolutely vital. Especially in light of the Supreme Court's decision, there is no "tomorrow." We must do everything in our power to defeat Obama. That's why we set up this Super PAC -- for YOU... to give YOU a direct impact in the election.
Thanks in advance,
Steve Elliott, Board Member
Patriot Super PAC
(The official Super PAC of Grassfire Nation)
P.S. The ObamaCare TAX is the largest and most oppressive tax increase in our nation's history. The feds now have jurisdiction over our health decisions. We must repeal ObamaCare. And to do so, we must defeat Obama! Please help today.
This is YOUR Super PAC!

Warnings From Freedomain Radio
I know of few projections that have ever meet their target. They still are accepted as truths b the majority. Once they happen, change is difficult. Many people benefit from the missed projections or in many cases, lies, but the majority now do not.
However, I still believe some of the parts of this 2500 pages of this law are legitimate. Yet, there is no doubt we are living in a Sociallistic country where the word "free" is taking on a different and perhaps ruinous meaning. If we come close to mirroring Argentina, there will be revolutions here before 2020.

Chick-Fil-A is Coming to Peoria - Welcome
And Michelle Malkin is one of my favorite columist and author. This true and endorsed by Barrack's friends and "bleeding" liberals.

Now the Socialists have targeted Chick-Fil-A, a Southern based company with the below resume..
Chick-fil-A is an American success story. Founded by Georgian entrepreneur Truett Cathy in 1946, the family-owned chicken-sandwich chain is one of the country's largest fast-food businesses. It employs some 50,000 workers across the country at 1,500 outlets in nearly 40 states and the District of Columbia ... The company generates more than $2 billion in revenue and serves millions of happy customers with trademark Southern hospitality.
So, what's the problem? Well, Chick-fil-A is run by devout Christians who believe in strong marriages, devoted families, and the highest standards of character for their workers. The restaurant chain's official corporate mission is to "glorify God" and "enrich the lives of everyone we touch.." The company's community-service initiatives, funded through its WinShape Foundation, support foster-care, scholarship, summer-camp, and marriage-enrichment programs. On Sunday, all Chick-fil-A stores close so workers can spend the day at worship and rest.
Several progressive-activist blogs have waged an ugly war against Chick-fil-A. The company's alleged atrocity: One of its independent outlets in Pennsylvania donated some sandwiches and brownies to a marriage seminar run by the Pennsylvania Family Institute, which happens to oppose same-sex marriage.
In the name of tolerance, the anti-Chick-fil-A hawks sneered at the company's main product as "Jesus Chicken," derided its no-Sunday-work policy, and attacked its operators as "anti-gay." Petition drives on websites are demanding the company change and disavow their standards. Facebook users dutifully organized witch hunts against the company on college campuses.
Progressive groups are gloating over Chick-fil-A's public-relations troubles. This is not because they care about winning hearts and minds over gay rights or marriage policy, but because their core objective is to marginalize political opponents and chill Christian philanthropy and activism.. The fearsome "muscle flexing" is being done by the hysterical bullies trying to drive them off of college grounds and out of their neighborhoods in the name of "human rights."
Clearly the Christian business man who lives what he believes deserves our support....Thank God that some people are strong enough to stand up for what they believe even in the face of assault and ridicule from those who have no integrity....Let's all eat at Chick-fil-A. ---
Let’s all eat Chick-Fil-A! Truet Cathy founded a wonderful company who hires teenagers and pays their way to college. Not only that, it is delicious. These people are undermining American strongholds in order to weaken us for the enemy within and the enemy without!
Please pass this on if you believe companies with Christian principles have a right to freely conduct business in the U.S.

Romney - Obamacare is Bad Medicine
A correspondence from Mitt Romney today,
Merle
Today, the Supreme Court upheld Obamacare. But regardless of what the Court said about the constitutionality of the law, Obamacare is bad medicine, it is bad policy, and when I’m President, the bad news of Obamacare will be over.
It was always a liberal pipedream that a 2,700 page, multi-trillion-dollar Federal Government takeover of our health care system actually could address the very serious problems we face with health care. With Obamacare fully installed, government will reach fully half of the economy — that is the recipe for a struggling economy and declining prosperity.
On Day One, I will work to repeal Obamacare to stop the government’s takeover of our health care and intrusion in our lives. I will push for real reform to our health care system that focuses on helping patients and protecting taxpayers.
We cannot afford Barack Obama’s on-the-job learning, Big Government proposals, and irresponsible spending. Our basic liberties are at stake — and I will fight to restore our freedoms, renew the respect for our Constitution, and halt the government takeover of health care.
This November it’s all on the line. The stakes couldn’t be higher.
Donate $10 or more to put a stop to the policies of Barack Obama and the liberal Democrats.
Thanks,
Mitt Romney

More on the $20 Million of Taxpayer Dollars Basically Wasting About $14 Million
I blogged before on the evils of urban sprawl and the $20 million to be spent on redoing the jnntcure of Allen Rd. and Alta Rd., including W. Alta.
Back on October 5, 1998, the JSEB printed the following: "Five Guidposts For Wise Capital Spending."
Continuing, "With the help of renowned urban expert David Rusk who spoke in Peoria last year, we offer these guideposts:
1. Fulfill your committement to the riverfront (no mention is made of a museum because a $145 million project wasn't being considered). Had Rusk known what is happening now, I believe he would have asked, "who is paying for all this" Sure, I know Cat is using stockholders money for part of it.
2. Don't forgo the opportunity to grow the city. Rusk said, 'You must not let growth grow beyond your boundaries" (The City of Peoria has quadrupled in acreage while shrinking in inner-city population).
3. People flee neighborhoods for the same reasons they move in. It's much more the the social environment than the physical environment that needs attention. Targeted investments, a few blocks at a time near the downtown, are more likely to pay off than a upgraded intersection.
4. Curb the appetite for new construction. (There is no glory in renovating)
5. Hold the property tax at the same level (the city, county and park district, may brag that they have but they mandated the garbage fee and raised all other fees) and commit the gain from growth and inflation to capital investment. Then - and here is the hard part - resist the temptation to boost CAPITAL spending by a like amount. Rather, use it to pay cash for some projects and save a little of that borrowing capacity for years to come.
So now the city, running a deficit that can only grow without raising taxes and fees, has sprawled out and contiunes to sprawl causing costly projects like the $20 million Allen Rd project. IDOT enginners, always ready to enhance their own coveted positions, say the intersection is dangerous without providing ANY statistics to show it is more dangerous than the exit and entrance to and from Caterpillar Trail to Memorial Drive..
For a dangerous intersection at Allen and Alta, why didn't the "marter than thou state and city engineers" put up warning signs saysing 'dangerous intersection'? Why no flashing caution lights? Why no stop light especially during rush hours? With the stupid Steve Van Winkle stop lights, less than 400 yards further north on Allen Rd., and another at RT.74, how can there be a smooth flow of traffic anyway?
Why wasn't the uphill grade heading South on Allen Rd. raised so it wasn't uphill as it neared Alta R.? Now, those powers are considering a roundabout, about as sensible as a proposed roundabout at Sheridan and Loucks.
For traffic heading on Allen toward downtown or east turn on W.Alta ( it's called west Alta even though it is traversed both east and west; east takes you to Knoxville and west up Atlantic takes you to Dunlap or points northwest).
$14 million is coming from a "going bakrupt State of Illinois" and $6 million from the city which means more wasboard streets like W. Glen Oak .
Our politicians like Leitch can brag of all the money they bring from Springfield to Peoria while the this mother sow teats dry up to the point the state can't even pay their bills.
If you are an ordinary citizen of the City of Peoria, has the hundreds of millions spent or being spent enhanced your own life and caused the city to grow. Unless you are a special interest person; includes those working in the public sector, most of you cannot possible answer yes.
Meanwhile, instead of saving for a rainy day, most all current revenues are being of will be spent to pay for all the money borrowed or being borrowed for years to come.
So consultants come and go. The city sprawls and goes deeper into your pocket or deeper in debt. When the County employed a consulting firm called ADY, some of us asked how we will know the benefits rendered from the OPM spent. I'm still waiting for an answer 5-6 years later. And I certainly haven't seen the much growth in the City and County unless you call non-tax paying entities, some competing with the private sector, the sign of a prosperous community.
If we are so prosperous, why the garbage tax, rising fees and sales taxes and why so many charities pleading for money for the poor among us??
Another reminder. The Riverfront Museum was to be 2/3rds financed by the elite in Peoria, Instead, it is the taxpayers who are paying the 2/3rds with probably a lot more to come in 3-5 years after opening day this year. Statitics show that nationwide rural musuems lose visitors yearly.
Like the closed Lincoln Musuem in Fort Wayne, the cosed Rose Art Museum, sinking attendance in Wichita, KS. ( the JS once called it the "model museum plan", first year attendance 400,000; today around 150,000 visitors, and Dubuque. In 2010, taxpayers helped bail the Springfield Lincoln Museum out of a one year $7.45 million deficit. (JS, July 4, 2010).
Again, we wonder why so many cities, (think Stockton, CA) states and counties (think Jefferson County, GA) are going bust.

OPM or MOM (My Own Money)
Read on the internet today - "Is it more important where Romney got his money or what Obama is doing with our Money."
Good question. Get out the vote for Romney in November, 2012.
2016 is too late.

Caterpillar 40% Downward Slide Stopped Today - And More
From a high of almost $117 per share in the past 52 months, Cat closed at $82+ today. Not helping the stock price was Oberhelman interview on CNBC last week about how Cat has expanded it's presense in Illinois, a state $14 billion in the hole that is growing deeper. Then on Tuesday, a Cat spokesman reaffirmed that Cat plans to expand in downtown Peoria to go along with all the good things happening downtown. Like the ballpark that can't even find a company to put their name on the stadium (The "O'Brien" name is there by default), the club lost $463,944 in 2006, $438,032 in 2007, $463,944 in 2008, $676,417 in 2009, $848,053 in 2010 and an unknown amount in 2011 as the club has not yet called their annual meeting ususally held in April.
Negative working capital was an astounding negative $5.6 million in 2010. All this information was headlines of the JS on 12/22/11.
Then there is the downtown PPD RiverPlex that has not been able to meet the principal and interest on the money the PPD borrowed in 2001. According to one board member, $800,000 was set aside for losess last year and another $800,000 was set adide for the new expanded zoo loss.
Also downtown is the Civic Center with an audit showing a draw of 30% when it should be nearer 70%, the Gateway Center costing the taxpayer around $500,000 a year, the abandoned Cub Food building owned by the city alpong with the ;loan payments, The Peoria Riverfront Musem that mysteriouly came up with $9 million in the Endowment fund, jumping from $2+ million as of 12/31/10 without any fanfare of a major philanthropist stepping forward
Then there is the Marriott (maybe it will be built) financed by the taxpayer backing a $37 million loan to the investor, around $11 million to fianance the relocation of an "ass and tit" club. Need I go on??
Oh, yes, Cat management stuck it's stockholders with an orginally promised $51 million new Visitors Center, now scaled back to $37 million with an approximate tag of $2 million to operat that may include property taxes.
Yes, downtown is booming if this is what the "movers and shakers" call "World Class" city.
I call it a lot of debt when you throw in the $32 million borrowed for the libraries and $90+ million borrowed by Peoria Public School District #150.
I will add that the City is going to have a growing deficit as is likely the County, a minus $1.2 milliion at last report. The garbage tax is only closing a part of the unfunded gap for the city.
And now we have ObamaCare and a probably too weak Republican Presidential Candidate.
I speculate that the reason the union contract was settled with Cat in Peoria so quickly was the promise of more building in East Peoria, a somewhat promise of a remake of the headquarters (more union jobs), a tax break of some kind from Illinois Governor Quinn and a bunch of money (and more union jobs) from East Peoria elected officials, possibly unkown to most of the residents.
Then of course, there is our crumbling streets and sidewalks, where there are some missing (Ellis Street,, as an example) and too many unused sidewalks built in other places like the one on Nortmoor along the golf course. Ever see anyone using it or the one next to the historic preservation l;and east of Knoxville on Glen Oak.
Guess I also overlooked rising pensions that can only be funded by more taxes because once politicians give something it's damn hard to take back.
And former City Public Works Director tells me he has his house up for sale and is moving out. Then there are the problems with the Convention and Vistors Bureau, hundreds of home forclosures, more empty commercial space than I have ever seen in Peoria County, lots of homicides, drugs for kids and adults avalable for the asking and more sexual disease per capita than any city in Illinois.
Anyone want to correct any errors I made? Oh yes, what ever happened to the "more than $10 million" Dave Ransburg was going to raise for the musuem and is the musem really funded? And did the jump in the endowment come from the 1/4% sales tax collected by the county and given to the musuem people to "use wherever it was needed"?. (Approximately $5+ million)
Oh yes, and where is the money coming from to finish Kellar Trail where I see hundreds of bikers and jogger, sorry I meant 10's of users. And the unfunded Children's Playhouse and the remodeling of Lakeview Museum to accomadate Bonnie and crew?
How about the millions the city and county poured into FireFly that didn't raise enough private money to fly or maybe flee is a better word. Anybody that thought they were somebody said FireFly could not and would not fail. Leading cheerleader? - Dave Leitch.
It did like so many other like the dowtown One Technology Center.
What ever happened to the planned redoing of the cities sewer system estimated to be between $100-300 million or are we still dumping raw sewage in the river to feed the Asian carp? Plus the city dump may be looking for a private buyer as costs are exceeding revenue same as what is happening at BelWood (soon to be named Heading Oaks picked by a $70,000 Florida consulting firm recommended by Republican Mary Ardapple when we have a surplus of consultants right here in the area.
Another good question why do we need a consulting firm to advise the county on advertisng the new County Nursing Home when it is susposed to be a "safety net" for the poor? Because the poor are not smart enough to find the home????
I would keep listing more of the visions of our gentry but dinner calls. Mus spell-check is not working so I hope I haven't made too many grammatical errors.
Oh, yes, dinner, and my wife is a great cook..

Pelosi Was Right
She said if ObamaCare passes maybe we will find out what is in the bill.
I'm afraid many people have already found out. Maybe it will turn out that the Republicans won many points; one that Obama lied when he said this was not a tax. Conservative-Liberal-Socialist Justice Roberts confirms the mandate of most all owning health insurance by 2014 is a TAX..
Most people who think similair to me knew it was another forced tax on the citizens who at least vote and who pay 80% of all taxes now. The poor susposedly can't afford insurance ( all can afford cell phones, do a lot of twittering and many can afford $150 Nike shoes) so who will pay their $2500 fine and who will pay their premiums?
Guess who. I suspect more doctors will retire and there is a shartage now. Expect lower quality care and little care at all for people over 80 or so.
I listened to debates most of the day. The "bleeding liberals" think this bill is the best "invention" since oversized soft drinks cups.
Hm.

Funny But True
And my wife asked if she should join Facebook. I told her that I don't use mine much as I can't find enough hours in the day before beddy-time so use mine.
Merle
Read it all the way through. It's a good laugh. AND really quite true!
When I bought my Blackberry, I thought about the 30-year business I ran with 1,800 employees, all without a cell phone that plays music, takes videos, pictures and communicates with Facebook and Twitter. I signed up under duress for Twitter and Facebook, so my seven kids, their spouses, 13 grandkids and 2 great grand kids could communicate with me in the modern way. I figured I could handle something as simple as Twitter with only 140 characters of space.
That was before one of my grandkids hooked me up for Tweeter, Tweetree, Twhirl, Twitterfon, Tweetie and Twittererific Tweetdeck, Twitpix and something that sends every message to my cell phone and every other program within the texting world.
My phone was beeping every three minutes with the details of everything except the bowel movements of the entire next generation. I am not ready to live like this. I keep my cell phone in the garage in my golf bag.
The kids bought me a GPS for my last birthday because they say I get lost every now and then going over to the grocery store or library. I keep that in a box under my tool bench with the Blue tooth [it's red] phone I am supposed to use when I drive. I wore it once and was standing in line at Barnes and Noble talking to my wife and everyone in the nearest 50 yards was glaring at me. I had to take my hearing aid out to use it, and I got a little loud.
I mean the GPS looked pretty smart on my dash board, but the lady inside that gadget was the most annoying, rudest person I had run into in a long time. Every 10 minutes, she would sarcastically say, "Re-calc-u-lating." You would think that she could be nicer. It was like she could barely tolerate me. She would let go with a deep sigh and then tell me to make a U-turn at the next light. Then if I made a right turn instead. Well, it was not a good relationship. When I get really lost now, I call my wife and tell her the name of the cross streets and while she is starting to develop the same tone as Gypsy, the GPS lady, at least she loves me.
To be perfectly frank, I am still trying to learn how to use the cordless phones in our house. We have had them for 4 years, but I still haven't figured out how I can lose three phones all at once and have to run around digging under chair cushions and checking bathrooms and the dirty laundry baskets when the phone rings.
The world is just getting too complex for me. They even mess me up every time I go to the grocery store. You would think they could settle on something themselves but this sudden "Paper or Plastic?" every time I check out just knocks me for a loop. I bought some of those cloth reusable bags to avoid looking confused, but I never remember to take them in with me.
Now I toss it back to them. When they ask me, "Paper or Plastic?" I just say, "Doesn't matter to me. I am bi-sacksual." Then it's their turn to stare at me with a blank look. I was recently asked if I tweet. I answered, No, but I do toot a lot."
P.S. I know some of you are not over 50. I sent it to you to allow you to forward it to those who are.
Us senior citizens don't need any more gadgets.
The TV remote and the garage door remote are about all we can handle.

"Power Grab" - by Christopher C. Horner
"How Obama's green policies will steal your freedom and bankrupt America", is the subject of this MUST READ book published in 2010. "Really big government Obama" is the title of one chapter of this 307 page MUST READ or at least skim, book. Even our Rep-Dem, Ray LaHood who well respected columnist George Will once labeled as our "Secretary of Behavior Modification' is mentioned for his actions on trying to enforce hi-speed rail in places where it doesn't make sense where the financial mandate is placed on the struggling states like Florida and California. (Florida, with a Republican governor had the sense to refuse the "Greeks, or whoever, bearing gifts" (and the Greeks are going broke) while Democrat Governor Brown of California is trying to force hi-speed rail between small, remote communities, which the California public has finally decided makes no sense at all).
Many of our freedoms have already been stolen. Many of us are not aware of these stolen freedoms, as they have not DIRECTLY affected us. Yet. This book takes a little longer to read, 307 well-foot noted pages, as is the book "Throw Them All Out".
One reason, I have not posted much lately is reading all I can to take abreast of local and world happenings, play some tennis and lead a life of 'no worries' in my retirement.
Ha.
As a footnote, LaHood is best remembered by some of us other than Caterpillar and Terry Kohlbus and the EDC and the JSEB, for his efforts to get a stupid $800 million - one billion dollar new highway to Chicago for our local drug trade, elite shoppers, perhaps for a few native Chicagoans who moved from the city they loved, and Caterpillar. When all these attempts failed, he tried a ring road across the river, then a $600 million improvement to Rt. 29 and denied he said that a vote to combine the two election commissions into one was a "no brainer".
Hmm.

Hmm.
"Throw Them All Out"
This book, that should be read by Republicans and Democrat voter alike, was written by Peter Schweizer in 2011 describing in detail "how politicians and their friends get rich off insider stock tips, land deals, and cronyism that would send the rest of us to prison." Listed are some of the names and amounts of money "bundled" by alternate energy beneficiaries and contributed to Obama as of September 15, 2011.
It is no secret that this administration wishes to put coal and oil producers and refiners out of business and succeeding to do so at a tremendous cost to this country, billions of dollars that we do not have but borrow from all who would lend us, mainly foreign countries like China.
Quoting Henry Clay, "Government is a trust , and the officers of the government are trustees. and the both, the trust and the trustees, are created for the benefit of the people." It is apparent that many who who are elected form a group Schweitzer names as the 'Permanent Political Class' profiteering on the taxpayer dime as regular occurrences.
The political class is able to exploit honest graft because they have been given a position of privilege and power, and they work very hard to persuade us that their well-being is necessary for our well-being. (12 million acknowledged as being unemployed and another 6 million who have stopped looking for jobs, my comment)
At the root of the Permanent Political Class is a profound sense of arrogance. Their is not a lack of smart people in D.C. today. There is , however, a 'character gap.'
This book is well written and names names. Democrats and Republicans are exposed with Democrats the most publicized as they have held power for almost 6n years.
Only 178 pages, your time will be well spent in reading this book understanding that on salaries considered by some as modest, all leave office many millions richer than they day they swore to serve this country.
Some service.
Note: the author talks of "honest graft" as much of their personal enrichment is protected by the very laws they write.
(For the extensive credentials of Mr. Schweizer, please dial him up on the net)

Jim Norman - This is Legit - Read on
Jim Norman is an old tennis acquaintance of mine when I lived in Sun Lakes 15 years ago. I called Jim to verify this information. Jim's email is correct. Whether the comments about Snopes came from Jim, I failed to ask. But the Snopes-Soros connection has been all over the internet in recent years.
Jim was, and still is, an excellent tournament tennis player and probably has a room full of trophies.
Thanks Jim for remembering me and teaching young people the meaning of the Constitution which is generally disregarded by Obama and most of the hard 5 Democrats.

Friends, This seems to be legit. Jim Norman, who sent out this e-mail, is a retired attorney here in Sun Lakes, AZ who now teaches classes on the Constitution at the local Chandler/Gilbert Community College, and who also works with the American Government teacher at a local Chandler High School to prepare a group of gifted students for competition on the Constitution. I value his knowledge very much and know him to be very thorough in his presentations. It is certainly easy to go into the Supreme Court dockets to verify this info. It is not always easyto get to the bottom of what is happening in this country. We know we cannot trust the media to give us informed and unbiased reports so it is more important than ever to try to seek out the facts ourselves. Please read the info and then draw your own conclusions. READ ON... _______________________________ SNOPES EXPOSED Snopes is heavily financed by George Soros, a big time supporter of Obama! ".... In our Search for the truth......department, we find what I have suspected on many occasions. I went to Snopes to check this out and they said it was false and there were no such dockets so I 'Googled' the Supreme Court, typed in 'Obama-Kagan,' and guess what? Yep you got it. Snopes lied. Every one of those dockets are there. So here is what I wrote Snopes: Referencing the article about Elena Kagan and Barak Obama dockets: The information you have posted stating that there were no such cases as claimed and the examples you gave are blatantly false. I went directly to the Supreme Court's website, typed in Obama Kagan and immediately came up with all of the dockets that the article made reference to.. I have long suspected that you really slant things but this was really shocking. Thank You, I hope you will be much more truthful in the future. ************* That being said, I'll bet you didn't know this. She was the Solicitor General for all the suits against him filed with the Supreme Court to show proof of natural born citizenship.. He owed her big time. All of the requests were denied of course. They were never heard. It just keeps getting deeper and deeper, doesn't it? The American people mean nothing any longer. It's all about payback time for those who compromised themselves to elect someone that really has no true right to even be there. Soc.Sec. Now Called "A Benefit Payment Entitlement"
Passed to me by a friend. Merle
Really, my goodness, what will this administration think of next next? I know, make young illegals citizens with the right to vote. And blame the Republicans for not making it happen sooner.
Of course, why didn't I think of that. More Democrat votes to keep this "administration of destruction" in power for 4, 8, 12 more years.
Good grief.

Remember, not only
did you contribute to Social Security but your employer
did too. It totaled 15% of your income before taxes. If
you averaged only $30K over your working life, that's
close to $220,500.
If you calculate
the future value of $4,500 per year (yours
& your employer's contribution) at a simple 5% (less
than what the government pays on the money that it
borrows), after 49 years of working you'd have
$892,919.98.
If you took out
only 3% per year, you'd receive $26,787.60 per year and
it would last better than 30 years (until you're 95 if you
retire at age 65) and that's with no interest paid on that
final amount on deposit! If you bought an annuity and it
paid 4% per year, you'd have a lifetime income of
$2,976.40 per
month.
The folks in

In the last months

Our retired
seniors living on a 'fixed income' receive no aid nor do
they get any breaks while our government and religious

Tons of Food to Foreign Countries!
They call Social
Security and Medicare an entitlement even though most of
us have been paying for it all our working lives and now
when its time for us to collect, the government is running
out of money.
Why did the
government borrow from it in the first place? Imagine if
the *GOVERNMENT* gave 'US' the same support they give to
other countries.
Sad isn't
it?
This was sent to

Fisker Automotive - Another Apparent Obama-Biden Failure
Back on 9/28/09, I wrote a blog about this company and its $500,000,000+ government subsidy. "Anonymous" posted a comment on my blog saying this was a government "loan" creating jobs for Americans and that I should get my facts right.
It appears I did as Judicial Watch writes the following, "Consider the failing "green" energy car company,Fisker Automotive: In April, the Obama administration informed Judicial Watch that it refuses to release details regarding the milestones MISSED by Fisker under the terms of its $528.7 million bailout loan from the DOE."
The DOE did answer the FOIA but blocked out all the key details. Most embarrassing to "Anonymous" is that the first cars were manufactured in Finland, although Fisker does have plants in California and Delaware where their have been massive layoffs as reported by "Politico" as Fisker attempts to get more government loans.
Here is what VP J. Biden said as he stood on the site of a closed GM plant, " Imagine when this factory, when the floor we are now standing on right now is making 100,000 hybrid sedans, coupes, and crossovers every single year."
Yes, imagine. We have a lot of imagination in Peoria right now starting with the ballpark and RiverPlex.
You won't hear much about this apparent failure of electric cars to sell and you may expect more failures of "green" government sponsored entities like Solyndra
Maybe after November 7..

Bain Equity and Romney - Americanism at It's Best
Bain Equities? An example of the U.S. at it's best. Organizations with large amounts of money look for losing companies they believe they can help turn around. Some succeed but many fail, What's the difference between a private organization lending money and the government? Do you need an answer? The government, made of maily of attorneys, are using YOUR money. Bain used mainly private dollars.
FireFly in Peoria is a good example but Bain would have never invested in this company that eventually went bankrupt sticking the City, County, State, and Federal governments and foreign companies with millions of taxpayer dollars.
Even I could see this company was destined to fail. But you won't know unless you read all the Peoria County Board meetings covering FireFly. At one meeting covered by the JS saying, "FireFly is a risk that makes Merle Widmer nervous. He keeps reminding people: What often looks greener out there is often times not." Despite the fact that I was the only board member consistently opposed to the FireFly taxpayer risk, this was the only ink the JS reporters printed on the many questions I asked the EDC and the County Board. Not even when I was the only one who voted no on the original loans.
What was the Journal Star's position? "Firefly's promise trumps pitfalls. Yes, it's a gamble, but one we'd be inclined to take." JSEB 5/22/09) And the JS writer lives in Tazewell County, of course, and never saw a project costing taxpayers money, they didn't like. One exception: they endorsed the expansion of the PDC Hazardous Waste landfill at Pottstown which the Peoria County Board denied by a vote of 12-6. I was one of the 6. Unfortunately, both the JS and the other 5 were right. We yes supoorters all listened to the testimony with open minds.
As a successful businessman, what did I know.

Biden Spends $1,000,000 On Week-End Trips on Your Dime
Look it up on the internet. It's true. I don't mind but it's tax dollars he is using.
According in mixed information, Obama often spends that much in one day, campaigning susposedly to inform the public but really on the campaign trial.

Bobby Schilling - Keep Him in Office - Please Volunteer
If you want to make a difference in a race for Congress, you can right here in Peoria County. With redistricting, Democrats who drew the new boundaries cut Peoria County in half. The southern half now is in the 17th District represented by Republican Bobby Schilling who is up for his first re-election. The northern half remains in Aaron Schock's 18th District.
National Democrats and Left-wing interest groups have put Bobby Schilling on their TOP TEN list of targets in the entire country. But lest they get their hopes up too high, one of the nation's most respected polling firms released the results of their poll on the race between Bobby Schilling and Democrat Cheri Bustos and it showed Schilling leading by 16% just two weeks ago. We all must work hard to maintain that lead. Bobby Schilling's re-election will put the nail in the coffin of Nancy Pelosi's crusade to regain her old position as Speaker of the House. We are in a ground zero district that will make a huge difference in whether we maintain our majority. Most people in the country find themselves in a strong Democrat or Republican district with little ability to really make a difference. The 17th District is going to be one of the most contested districts in the nation in 2012. Even if you live in the 18th District, you can still help volunteer for Bobby Schilling. If he wins re-election he will continue to be a partner with Aaron Schock in providing our party with two votes in the House. If he should lose, Aaron Schock's votes will be cancelled by Cheri Bustos on almost every issue.
Congressman Aaron Schock has made Bobby Schilling's re-election his top priority this year. State Senator Darin LaHood will serve as Bobby Schilling's Peoria County Coordinator. But we need large team of Schilling volunteers in Peoria County to do what it takes to win.
Please join us Wednesday evening. We will lay out what the Schilling campaign needs to accomplish in Peoria County and then discern what each of you are willing to do, what activities you want to do, what your abilities and talents are best suited to do and what your time availability will be between now and Election Day. Our objective is to have hundreds of volunteers each doing a little that together will add up to a formidable effort in Peoria County. Whether you want to volunteer every week or just a few times between now and Election Day, we urge you to attend. This will be our only meeting of all Schilling volunteers in the county. After that volunteers will meet as needed for the activies you sign up for.
Schilling Peoria County Volunteer Meeting:
Date: Wednesday, June 13th
Time: 7:00 PM
Where: Peoria County Republican Headquarters, 8835 N. Knoxville in Peoria (Northpoint Shopping Center)
Feel free to pass this along and invite any other Republican or Independent willing to volunteer.
Paid for by Peoria County Republican Central Committee

SEIU Marches With Members of the U.S. Communist Party
Sent to me by a friend. While little surprises me in liberal left-leaning Californians, we in the mid-west smaller communities do not see what is happening in the big cities.
Look this up on the web under the title of this blog to see the pictures or the SEIU marching with the Communists and putting down the Tea Party patriots.
Andy Stern, the president or immediate past president is buddy-buddy with Obama. Does that surprise you? If it does, you are not paying enough attention to what is happening in our country. Too bad we don't have more Scott Walker types. We sure could use one in Illinois.
Go Tea Party.
Merle
This is absolutely unbelievable even for California!
It needs to go viral so that Americans can see what is happening in this country.
Look whats happening in California! Service Employees International Union ... Obama's biggest supporters...
God Help Us!
A May Day rally in Los Angeles, co-sponsored by the SEIU and various communist groups, as well as other unions, reflected yet another step in the normalization of self-identified communist and socialist ideologies in the Obama era. Not only did the SEIU help to organize the rally in conjunction with communists, they marched side-by-side with communists, while union members carried communist flags, communists carried union signs, and altogether there was no real way to tell the two apart.
The communists freely and proudly declare their affiliation. And the SEIU has no problem marching arm-in-arm with them.
"Smash Capitalism" is a slogan the SEIU apparently endorses - or at least doesn't mind marching behind. In case you think the SEIU is some peripheral out-of-the-mainstream organization:
The SEIU devoted $28 million to Obama's campaign, making the SEIU "the organization that spent the most to help Barack Obama get elected president."
Furthermore, who is Obama's favorite White House guest and one of his closest confidants? The individual who has visited the Obama White House the most: SEIU President Andy Stern, who has visited 53 times. Obama is closely linked with the SEIU. The SEIU is closely linked with communists. You do the math.
id I say communists? Sorry, I meant Communists (with a capital "C"). Note how the Communists that day (like the women on the right in this photo) carried solid red flags symbolizing their ideology. Keep that in mind as you view the next photo.
One of the SEIU leaders picked up a Communist flag and led a contingent of rank-and-file SEIU members. Everyone was OK with that.
The way you can identify the SEIU members in all these pictures: They're the ones in purple t-shirts carrying blue-and-yellow signs.
So, as you can see, the communists and the union members intermingled as the march progressed.
In case you were wondering what the SEIU was saying during all of this, There is a video of the SEIU chanting "Legalization or REVOLUTION!" Clear enough?
And it wasn't just the SEIU at the march - other "normal" unions like the AFL-CIO were on hand as well. There were plenty of teachers' unions attending too, and they brought along many of their public school students for some good old-fashioned communist indoctrination.
Most in the US who walk around with Che buttons or Che shirts do so simply because they foolishly think he's "cool." These hardcore communists carry his image not because he's "cool," but because he was one of the most radical revolutionaries who ever lived. Right up there with Lenin, apparently.
No comment necessary!
In order to have a more "civil dialogue" with their political opponents, the marchers made a puppet of a demonic Statue of Liberty aligned with the "Tea Bag Party."
OK, I guess Hitler comparisons are off the table for now - too many people have called it taboo. So what's second best? The Devil!
Tell me the honest truth: If the Tea Party had marched in a rally behind a banner held up by fascists or neo-Nazis, don't you think it would have been national news? But the nation's biggest Obama-supporting political organization marched behind banners like these, and not a peep about it in the media. Hmmmm..
Until recently, the average American has regarded fascists and communists as equally noxious andequally malignant. As well they should have. But the drive these days by the left side of the spectrum is to make communism and socialism somewhat less remarkable and more palatable. For two years they angrily denied the Tea Party accusation that Obama's policies and supporters had a socialist bent.
But in recent months, as the accusation had started to gain traction, the new leftist tactic has become: "What's so bad about socialism after all? You're demonizing a very popular and respectable ideology!"
Send this around the country!!!!!!
This is very frightening. Send this to all of your enlightened friends. There are evil, power, hungry, people living among us. We need to stop them before it is too late. Get the word out before it is too late! Thankfully, God IS sovereign; but He does expect us to be alert, wise, and active against evil doings.

Walmart Vs. Politicians
1. Americans spend $36,000,000 at Wal-Mart Every hour of every day.
2. This works out to $20,928 profit every minute!
3. Wal-Mart will sell more from January 1 to St. Patrick's Day (March 17th) than Target sells all year.
4. Wal-Mart is bigger than Home Depot + Kroger + Target +Sears + Costco + K-Mart combined.
5. Wal-Mart employs 1.6 million people, is the world's largest private employer, and most speak English.
6. Wal-Mart is the largest company in the history of the world.
7. Wal-Mart now sells more food than Kroger and Safeway combined, and keep in mind they did this in only fifteen years.
8. During this same period, 31 big supermarket chains sought bankruptcy.
9. Wal-Mart now sells more food than any other store in the world.
10. Wal-Mart has approx 3,900 stores in the USA of which 1,906 are Super Centers; this is 1,000 more than it had five years ago.
11. This year 7.2 billion different purchasing experiences will occur at Wal-Mart stores. (Earth's population is approximately 6.5 Billion.)
12. 90% of all Americans live within fifteen miles of a Wal-Mart.
You may think that I am complaining, but I am really laying the ground work for suggesting that MAYBE we should hire the guys who run Wal-Mart to fix the economy.
Better yet, just move The Whitehouse to BENTONVILLE , ARKANSAS and let Wal-mart take it over!!!!!!!
This should be read and understood by all Americans Democrats, Republicans, EVERYONE!!
To President Obama and all 535 voting members of the Legislature,
It is now official that the majority of you are corrupt morons:
a.. The U.S. Postal Service was established in 1775. You have had 234 years to get it right and it is broke.
b.. Social Security was established in 1935. You have had 74 years to get it right and it is broke.
c.. Fannie Mae was established in 1938. You have had 71 years to get it right and it is broke.
d.. War on Poverty started in 1964. You have had 45 years to get it right; $1 trillion of our money is confiscated each year and transferred to "the poor" and they only want more.
e.. Medicare and Medicaid were established in 1965. You have had 44 years to get it right and they are broke.
f.. Freddie Mac was established in 1970. You have had 39 years to get it right and it is broke.
g.. The Department of Energy was created in 1977 to lessen our dependence on foreign oil. It has ballooned to 16,000 employees with a budget of $24 billion a year and we import more oil than ever before. You had 32 years to get it right and it is an abysmal failure.
You have FAILED in every "government service" you have shoved down our throats while overspending our tax dollars.
Folks, keep this circulating. It is very well stated. Maybe it will end up in the e-mails of some of our "duly elected' (they never read anything) and their staff will clue them in on how Americans feel.
AND
I know what's wrong. We have lost our minds to "Political Correctness" !!!
Someone please tell me what the HELL's wrong with all the people that run this country!!!
We're "broke" & can't help our own Seniors, Veterans, Orphans, Homeless etc.,??????????? Recently we have provided aid to Haiti , Chile , and Turkey .. And now Pakistan .....home of bin Laden. Literally, BILLIONS of DOLLARS!!!
Our retired seniors living on a 'fixed income' receive no aid nor do they get any breaks while our government and religious organizations pour Hundreds of Billions of $$$$$$'s and Tons of Food to Foreign Countries! We have hundreds of adoptable children who are shoved aside to make room for the adoption of foreign orphans.
AMERICA: a country where we have homeless without shelter, children going to bed hungry, elderly going without 'needed' meds, and mentally ill without treatment -etc,etc.
YET......................They had a 'Benefit' for the people of Haiti on 12 TV stations, ships and planes lining up with food, water, tents clothes, bedding, doctors and medical supplies.
Imagine if the *GOVERNMENT* gave 'US' the same support they give to other countries. Sad isn't it?

Public Unions Advantage Over Private Unions
Public unions aren't like private unions that negotiate labor terms with a single company or workplace. Public unions have outsize influence because they can often buy the politicians who are supposed to represent taxpayers. The unions effectively sit on both sides of the bargaining table.
Thus over time they have been able to extort excessive wages, benefits and pensions, as well as sweetheart contracts like the monopoly provision of health insurance.(Peoria County pays $2 out of every $3 dollars for employee health benefits and yet employees complain) Their focused special interests trumps the general interest of the taxpayers, who are busy making a living and lack the time to focus on politics other than at election time or amid a financial crisis, often too late, except in the case of Wisconsin Governor Walker's brave move to stop the monopolizing.
Students of democracy from Tocqueville to Mancur Olson have pointed out that the greatest threat to self-government comes from the tendency of democracies to become barnacled with special interest that vote themselves more benefits than society can AFFORD. This is the crisis of the modern entitlement state, which is unfolding from Illinois to California, Greece, Italy and Washington, D.C.. Wisconsin is a critical test of whether democracies can reform before the crisis becomes debilitating.
Much of this information above comes from what many leaders have said and written' leaders who have a great concern over the future of this republic.
Unions had a great effect on how the 12 Democrats on the Peoria County Board voted to influence the vote of these Democrats. Union leaders sat behind board members or in the audience at every meeting concerning the vote for the public to pay 72% of the cost of the total museum. (instead of the 33% promised) One Democrat board member agreed with my reasons to vote no on the project but said he was "under too much pressure to vote no".

Romney vs. Obama
Sent to me by a friend.
While Romney is for Venture Capitalism and his PERSONAL investments saved and added thousands of jobs, Obama invests your money in bankrupt Solanydra; near a billion dollars when you count unpaid vendors, a huge vacant project that must be maintained possibly for many years, laid off employees now on the unemployment dole paid by taxpayers, Entrec, electric cars that don't sell, special handouts to his business buddies and hundreds of entitlement programs running up our debts billions of dollars a DAY.
A staggering over $16+ trillion and growing rapidly.
Merle
Some things to remember in November; surprisingly sent from a former Clinton supporter from Hope, AR.!
· After going to both Harvard Business School and Harvard Law School simultaneously, he passed the Michigan bar, but never worked as an attorney.
· As a venture-capitalist, Romney's first major business deal involved investing in a start-up office supply company with one store in Massachusetts that sold office supplies.
That company, called Staples, now has over 2,000 stores and employs over 90,000 people.
· Romney or his company BainCapital (using what became known as the "Bain Way") would go on to perform the same kinds of business miracles again and again, with companies like Domino's, Sealy, Brookstone, Weather Channel, Burger King, Warner Music Group, Dollarama, Genstar Roofing, Home Depot Supply, and many others.
Got your calculators handy? Let's recap.
· Volunteer campaign worker for his dad's gubernatorial campaign 1 year.
· Unpaid intern in Governor's office 8 years.
· Mormon missionary in Paris 2 years.
· Unpaid bishop and state president for his church 10 years.
* Took no salary as president of the Salt Lake Olympics 3 years.
· No salary as MA governor 4 years.
* Gave his ENTIRE INHERITANCE to charity.
· That's a grand total of 28 years of unpaid service to his country, his community and his church. Why? Because that's the kind of man Mitt Romney is.
And He’ll show you his:
1) Un-doctored Birth Certificate!
2) College transcripts!
3) Law degree!
4) Un-doctored Draft notice!
5) & Un-doctored Social Security card, and what state it's registered in!
Isn’t it time for a REAL CHANGE?
A brighter HOPE for America ?
No more downing the opposition?
Mitt Romney – A True American for President!
