Western Pac Asks the Right Question

Western Pac Has It Right As Usual. Merle

President Obama is at it again. In an interview with D.C. television station WRC-TV, he defended furloughed federal workers and said criticisms directed at federal employees were "damaging and destructive" and "dead wrong."  He highlighted the range of services those employees provided to veterans, business owners, and potential homeowners.

Here's a question: if those services are so essential and valuable, why did President Obama furlough those employees at non-essential?  And what's more, why does President Obama say any criticism of those employees is "dead wrong" when we hear revelation after revelation of illegal behavior by federal employees and find out about examples of reckless spending by those employees and their agencies?

The American people have cause to feel the way that they feel about federal employees, and their illegal, wasteful behavior and disgraceful conduct. Our latest piece at Grassroot Journal examines a few of the examples: closing down privately funded and owned parks during the shutdown, accessing child porn on government computers, using drugs on the job, and one SEC accountant who visited porn websites 16,000 times in just one month.

Friends, it's time to take a stand against President Obama, and to contend for the truth. Telling the truth is not damaging and destructive, but allowing Obama's lies to persist is.  We've been out on the front lines against Obama and his Republican allies like Lindsey Graham, telling the truth about their records, and we're firing back against President Obama's latest remarks on federal workers to make sure he can't gloss over the truth of their corrupt, illegal, and unethical behavior.  Your donation helps us continue that fight.
