Michigan is a going broke State and it is up to their politicians to stop and try to reverse the process. The voters have spoken. Illinois, a State run by the Democrats and unions, is in the process of rapidly going BROKE. Until this State goes RTW and until Trump gets the "prevailing union wage" eliminated from all public and some private building, the going broke process will maintain it's steady pace.
